Overview:
This document outlines the integration of Wise payment links into Agency Handy's manual subscription invoices. Superadmins and Admins will be able to add a Wise payment link to the first subscription invoice, and this link will automatically appear in subsequent subscription invoices. The user will be responsible for manually updating the invoice status once the payment is made.
User Stories:
Initial Payment Link Addition: As a Superadmin/Admin, I want to add a Wise payment link to the first subscription invoice manually, so the client can use Wise for payment. As a Superadmin/Admin, I want the Wise payment link to automatically appear in all subsequent subscription invoices if the subscription amount remains the same. Functional Requirements:
Wise Payment Link Addition to First Invoice: Superadmin/Admin can manually add a Wise payment link to the first subscription invoice during the creation or editing of the invoice. This link can be copied from the Wise account and pasted into the designated field in the invoice interface. Recurring Wise Payment Link: After the Wise payment link is added to the first invoice: If the subscription amount remains unchanged, the same Wise payment link will automatically appear in all future subscription invoices. If the subscription amount changes, Superadmin/Admin will need to manually add the new Wise payment link for the updated invoice. Manual Invoice Status Update: The system will not automatically track Wise payments. Superadmin/Admin must manually update the Invoice Status (e.g., Open, Paid, Void, Uncollectable) once the client confirms payment via Wise. Each invoice will display the Wise payment link along with a reminder for the Admin/Superadmin to manually verify the payment and update the invoice status. A notification or note can be added to remind users that the invoice status must be updated manually. Acceptance Criteria:
Wise Payment Link in First Invoice: Superadmin/Admin can manually add a Wise payment link in the first subscription invoice. The invoice will display the payment link clearly, allowing the client to make a payment using Wise. Automatic Link in Subsequent Invoices: If the subscription amount remains the same, the system will automatically include the same Wise payment link in all future subscription invoices. If the amount changes, the system will require the Admin/Superadmin to manually input a new Wise payment link. Manual Invoice Status Update: Superadmin/Admin can manually change the invoice status using a dropdown menu or button on the invoice page. A system reminder will be shown on each invoice, prompting the user to manually verify and update the status after payment. The system will ensure that the Wise payment link is correctly applied to the invoice without altering other invoicing details. The invoice breakdown (itemized costs, subscription details) will remain unchanged by the addition of the payment link. Is there any Figma related to wise? Will it be visible in the payment screen just like stripe or paypal? or user need to select manual payment and then it will be visible to the user in the invoice? we are removing pay with option adding them in the next page all the other options will show based on active payment method. wise will show if it is added in manual invoice How a superadmin going to add the link to the invoice ? Is it by creating manual invoice? yes wise is only applicable for manual invoice In the PRD wise is mentioned for subscription, will it be applicable for one time order? yes if user wants they can add the link in manual invoice If user do not select wise during payment but later on changes their mind and wants to pay via wise what will be the solution in this scenario? similar to manual bank. for auto payments they will have cancel sub with stripe paypal etc. then pay via wise and inform the agency owner The payment is manual as the client selected manual payment should the invoice contain wise information in it? can he pay via wise in this scenario? similar to manual bank. if proper link is given after payment given inform the agency owner what toaster will be send to client ? Do I need to integrate wise just like other payment methods ? we do not copy the wise link as wise do not support variable pricing. and in subscription we have the variable pricing from setup fee, coupon etc.
