Test Server Update

We have created a new server in ap-south-1 in AWS, and plan to gradually move our test and release operation here.

Server IP: 13.232.104.197

Following applications has been installed in the new server,

test:

api.t2.agencyhandy.com⁠

api.r2.agencyhandy.com⁠

⁠

test-webhook:

q.t2.agencyhandy.com⁠

⁠

release-webhook: <not setup yet, because it was not setup in old server, however, a subdomain

q.r2.agencyhandy.com⁠

has been created for this purpose, to be setup later>
