User Story

Description

View Available Apps

Superadmin/Admin wants to see a list of supported apps to select one to embed.

Add an Embedded App

Superadmin/Admin wants to add an external application by providing a title and content (iframe or link).

Set Permissions

Superadmin/Admin wants to set permissions (Private, Team, Client) to control access to the embedded content.

View Embedded Apps

Superadmin/Admin wants to see all embedded apps in one place to easily access them within Agency Handy.

Edit an Embedded App

Superadmin/Admin wants to edit the title or content (iframe/link) of an embedded app to update information.

Delete an Embedded App

Superadmin/Admin wants to delete an embedded app to remove unwanted or outdated content.

Functional Requirements

Add an Embedded App

Click on the "Embed” option from the interface.

Display a list of supported apps: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Calendly, Figma, Coda, Notion, Airtable, YouTube, Custom (for any other embeddable URL).

Configure the Embedded App

Fill in the fields: Title, Content (Embed via iframe or link), Permission Settings (Admin, Team, Client, individual clients).

Edit Embedded App

Superadmins and Admins can edit an existing embedded app.

Editable fields: Title, Content (iframe or link), Permission settings.

Delete Embedded App

Superadmins and Admins can delete an embedded app with a confirmation prompt before deletion.

Save & Display Embedded App

Clicking "Save” will store the embedded app in the system.

The app will appear in the Embedded Apps section of Agency Handy for Superadmins and Admins to view and interact with.

Acceptance Criteria

Superadmins and Admins can see a list of supported applications when clicking on the "Embed" option.

Embedded apps are added, displayed, and managed with title, content, and permission settings.

Embedded apps are saved and displayed in the system for easy access.

Superadmins and Admins can view and interact with the embedded apps without leaving Agency Handy.

Data remains consistent and accurate across all sections.

Metrics & Event Tracking

Track Superadmin & Admin Engagement Metrics, Usage Tracking, and Error Tracking to measure the effectiveness and usage of embedded apps.

Monitor system logs for Admin Monitoring purposes to ensure data integrity and proper functionality.
