Okay, so, let's be real for a sec. We've got around 300++agencies using Agency Handy. So, when we change something, we gotta make sure it works for everyone, not just one person. That's why things can take a bit longer than we'd like.
And, our team have been working like crazy lately(10+ hours/day). So I can’t push them further. Plus, we've got a week-long vacation starting Saturday(compare it to christmas holidays). Support will still be around, but the dev team's gonna be off recharging.
Quick run-down on your points:
Payment Confirmation Email: We're moving this into an email template, so it'll come from your email, once you've set it up properly. DMARC/Spam: We're thinking it's because the emails are kinda...thin? We'll add some meat to them, and if that doesn't fix it, we'll find another solution. Easier Order Selection: Yeah, we've got a lot going on, so that's taking a bit. We're trying to get the user flow right before we dive into the code. Invoice PDF: That's going into the next sprint. We're swamped with other stuff this sprint. Prefilled/Auto-Prompt Invoices: Right now, it's basically, customer buys > order > invoice. For manual orders, selecting the client/order fills the budget. So before making changes in this flow we have to do proper user reasearch and followed by user journey. So it will take time. We totally get your frustration with the VAT/TAX. Our version 1 of vat and tax will be relatively comprehensive so its taking a bit of time. Regarding language updates, we are trying to push the language fixes as soon as possible.

Step 1: Adding a New App
Navigate to Embedded Apps: From the main interface, locate and click on "Embedded Apps." Click the "Add New" button. Title: Give your app a clear and descriptive name (e.g., "Project Dashboard," "Resource Library"). Type: Select how the external app content will be fetched: URL: Opens the app in Agency Handy if the url is sharable and has proper permission. Iframe (Embedded View): Displays the app directly within AgencyHandy. Content URL: Paste the URL of the web tool you want to integrate. Google Drive Specific (if using Iframe): Ensure the Google Drive folder is set to "Anyone with the link can view." Choose Who Can See the App: Select "All Team Members" or choose specific members. The member's role (e.g., PM, Assignee) is displayed next to their name. Select "All Clients" or choose specific clients. Note: Client apps will only appear in the client's sidebar. Step 3: Personal Sidebar Toggle (Optional)
Toggle "Show in your sidebar" to add the app to your personal sidebar for quick access. This setting is unique to your profile. Step 4: Saving the App
Click the "Save" button to add the embedded app. The app will be organized under its corresponding category (e.g., all Google Docs in one tab). App Views by User Role
View all embedded apps (yours and others). Apps are grouped by type (e.g., Figma, Airtable). Within each app tab, you can: Toggle "Show in Sidebar." See who the app is shared with. Edit or delete the app using the 3-dot menu. 🧑💼 Team Members (PMs, Assignees): View only apps shared with them. Toggle to show/hide the app from their sidebar. View the embedded app (or linked url) (read-only). View only apps shared with them. Apps appear exclusively in their sidebar. Open the app (canvas size is determined by UX for iframes). Search for apps by their title. Shared with all team members. Shared with specific team members. Shared with specific clients.
