Q&A
Agency owner can create a service but not publish it. Client can only interact with the published service.
Once a service is purchased client can’t repurchase it till the order is completed/rejected.
However agency can create multiple order or same service for the same client at the same time.
A service can’t be deleted once the order is active. however, it can be unpublished.
Lead - client who is yet to order and client - who has already ordered.
Once a lead is converted to order it will remain.
When client directly orders it will remain in pending status till the agency accepts or rejects.
while the order is in pending, cancelled(rejected) client can delete the order.
Once the agency accepts client cant delete the order.
Once a client role is given it can’t be made into an admin role and an admin can’t be given a client role.
If client has agency handy account client will get the workspace url
if client doesn’t have a agency handy account client will get url and password.
