Task Subfolders: Within each Order folder, there will be a separate subfolder for Task attachments, maintaining clear segregation of documents. Ticket Attachments: A dedicated folder for Ticket attachments is provided to keep them distinct and easily accessible. Custom Folder Management: User-Created Folders: Users can create custom folders outside the default structure (All Orders, All Tickets, Tasks) to suit their organizational needs. Nested Folders: Users have the flexibility to create nested folders within any folder, allowing for a more granular organization of documents. Renaming Folders: Custom folders can be renamed at any time, giving users the ability to update folder names as their needs change. Downloading Folders: Entire folders, including all their contents and subfolders, can be downloaded, facilitating offline access and backups. Clients can pay for subscription services using PayPal, ensuring automatic billing in each billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.). Automatic Billing:
The system will automatically handle subscription payments through PayPal, reducing manual intervention and ensuring timely payments. Invoice Payment Links:
Invoices now include a PayPal payment link, making it easier for clients to complete their payments directly from the invoice. Currency Support:
Multiple currencies are supported as offered by PayPal, catering to a global user base. Webhooks allows our users to associate endpoints with various events that occur within your workspace. You can send data from Agency Handy to your desired endpoints. We're excited to introduce Webhooks in Agency Handy! A webhook is a lightweight, user-defined HTTP callback that enables web applications to communicate with each other in real time. When a specific event occurs in one application, it triggers a webhook that sends an HTTP request to a pre-configured URL of another application. This allows the receiving application to respond immediately to the event without the need for continuous polling. Subscription Logic enhancement We have enhanced our subscription logic to better reflect our clients’ needs. A new option to add billing cycle while manually creating invoice. Also, we have made many small enhancements in our applications performance.

Service Creation: New steps added for clearer navigation, allowing up to 3 packages per service and multiple images. Packages: Each package can include up to 15 offerings, with a maximum of 3 packages per service. Price Formatting Improvement – A separator is now added in all price fields for better readability. Files Section Access for Clients Clients are now allowed to access the Files section, enabling them to view and manage files shared by the agency. Export Option in Public Form Public forms now have an export option, allowing agencies to easily export form responses for better reporting and analysis. Direct Link in Public Form Email Email notifications for shared public forms now include a direct link to the form, improving accessibility and user experience. First Name and Last Name Character Limit Update The minimum character limit for First Name and Last Name fields has been set to at least 1 character across all modules. Bug Fixes (17)
Fixed an issue where orders were not showing in the order page or in subscriptions after a client purchased a service. Undefined Billing Address Resolved an issue where the billing address was displayed as 'undefined' if no address was set for the client. The Forms section is now hidden for clients, ensuring data confidentiality and relevance. Fixed a bug that prevented agencies from updating client passwords. Mentioning Client in Task Resolved an issue where mentioning a client in a task with a Pending status caused the system to become unresponsive. Intercom Visibility in iFrame Agency owners can now control the visibility of Intercom within their iframes for a more tailored client experience. PayPal Payment Issue in Catalog Fixed an issue where paying for a one-time service via PayPal showed $0 in the confirmation email. Client Deactivation & Session Termination Addressed an issue where client deactivation was not persisting, and sessions were not terminated. Custom Domain in iFrame Code Fixed an issue to ensure the custom domain consistently appears in the iframe code when copied. Corrected an issue where the "Copy Link" for public forms showed the subdomain instead of the custom domain. Fixed an issue where the login button on the public sign-up page under a subdomain did not redirect to the sign-in page. Whitelabel for Forgot Password Applied whitelabeling for every user except the company creator on the forgot password page. Fixed the issue where resetting configuration did not update the color in the appearance section. Client Profile Picture Ratio Corrected the profile picture ratio mismatch between agency end and client end for consistent display.
