Manual Banking
This feature allows you to provide detailed instructions for clients who prefer to pay via bank transfers.
A button/integration section for manual banking
Click on the "Add Manual Instructions" button.
A dedicated text box will appear.
Here, you can clearly outline the following information:
Bank Name:
Specify the name of the bank where you hold your account.
Account Name:
Provide the exact name as it appears on your bank account.
Account Number:
Include your full bank account number for receiving payments.
Routing Number (if applicable):
If necessary, enter the routing number required for international wire transfers.
Additional Instructions (optional):
Include any additional details relevant to the transaction, such as reference numbers or payment details.
Once you've entered all the necessary information, click "Save.
This payment option will be available for all purchase type (direct purchase, catalog etc)
Clients can select between other payments and manual banking.
if client selects manual banking agency will have to manually change the invoice and order status.
order will be in pending status agency will accept or reject the order.
if client selects manual banking agency order will be created with “Pending” status and invoice with “open” status.
Agency can manually change the order status
If the invoice status is changed to “Paid” change the order status from “pending” to ongoing.
If the order status is anything other than “pending” no actions required.
An email will be sent with the manual banking instructions once the order is created.
