Superadmin and admin can create a proposal

while creating a proposal select either from template or create from scratch

it will have the agencies logo and colors in template

those colors and styles can be modified.

in the proposal editor you can add image, tables, paragraphs, headers etc

in the proposal exsisting service can be added

a new service and packages can be created/edited and it will be unpublished

the selected service will have the budget and those can be edited

proposal will have a signature component

by default created proposal will be in draft status

proposal can be shared via email.

proposal will be sent via a public link

in the public link of the proposal to take the signature user needs to verify the email.

the email needs to match the client/lead email agency shared with and send a verification link

upon clicking the verification link the signature component will open and once client signs it the document will be locked.

if a proposal is sent to a new email make them lead if accepted make them a client

when the proposal is signed proposal will automatically be accepted (three status: draft, accepted,rejected)

proposal will have workflow

when accepted do nothing

when accepted create order

when accepted create invoice

when user is in lead/client add an option to create/send proposal from there
